Ethera Business has entered into a strategic Joint Venture Partnership with KBSL Information Technologies, one of Sri Lanka’s most respected enterprise IT solution providers.
The agreement was officially signed by Mr. Ranga Goonawardena, Founder & CEO of Ethera Business LLC, and Mr. Ehantha Sirisena, CEO of KBSL Information Technologies, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.
Expanding Advanced IT Solutions to the Maldives
Through this joint venture, Ethera Business will lead KBSL’s expansion into the Maldives — bringing advanced IT infrastructure, cloud services, digital transformation solutions, and managed services to a broad spectrum of clients. The collaboration will support both private businesses and government institutions, including banks, tourism operators, immigration, housing authorities, and SMEs across the country.
